Landhaus auf großem Grundstück mit sehr ruhiger und sonniger Lage an der Prien. Wir sind das vorletzte Haus der Wiesengrundstraße mit herrlichem Bergblick auf das Bergpanorama von Aschau im Chiemgau, mit Kampenwand und Zellerhorn. Von der Haustüre weg, können Sie wunderschöne Spaziergänge an dem Fluss der Prien entlang und in Richtung Landschaftsschutzgebiet vom Bärnsee unternehmen. Wer gerne höher hinauf will: unzählige schöne Wandertouren können erwandert werden oder Sie nehmen die Kampenwandbahn und gondeln auf die Kampenwand hoch. In den Ort mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 min. Fußweg. Für Klinikbesucher der Orthopädischen Kinderklinik: nur kurzer Fußweg zur Orth. Kinderklinik über einen Schotterweg. Hunde und Haustiere dürfen nicht mitgebracht werden.

Wir vermieten zwei Ferienwohnungen für je 2 Personen mit je einem separaten Schlafzimmer und in unserem Nebenhaus „Ferienwohnungen Haus Wiesengrund“ noch vier Ferienwohnungen für je 4 Personen mit ein oder zwei separaten Schlafzimmern.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bernau and immediately turn left at Gasthof Kampenwand into Wiesengrundstraße. Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the left.

Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track, at Gasthof Kampenwand, turn right into Wiesengrundstraße. Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the left.

By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
