Description

Country house on a large plot in a very quiet and sunny location on the Prien. We are the penultimate house on the Wiesengrundstraße with a marvellous view of the mountain panorama of Aschau im Chiemgau, with the Kampenwand and Zellerhorn. From the front door, you can take wonderful walks along the Prien river and towards the Bärnsee nature reserve. For those who want to go higher: countless beautiful hiking tours can be hiked or you can take the Kampenwand cable car and gondola up to the Kampenwand. The village with its shopping facilities, restaurants and railway station is about 10 minutes' walk away. For visitors to the Orthopaedic Children's Clinic: only a short walk to the Orth. Children's Clinic via a gravel path. Dogs and pets are not allowed. We rent out two holiday flats for 2 persons each with a separate bedroom and in our adjoining house "Ferienwohnungen Haus Wiesengrund" four holiday flats for 4 persons each with one or two separate bedrooms.

tourism tax / plus tourism tax
The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 2,00 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,80 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Bernau and immediately turn left at Gasthof Kampenwand into Wiesengrundstraße. Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the left.

Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track, at Gasthof Kampenwand, turn right into Wiesengrundstraße. Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the left.

By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
