Our spacious two-bedroom comfort flat in Kampenwand offers you a bright, cosy temporary home – stylishly furnished in a charming country house style and fitted with elegant parquet flooring. Spanning 78 m², you’ll enjoy plenty of space to relax, complemented by two sunny balconies facing east and south, offering views of the sunrise and the surrounding countryside.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi. From here, you have direct access to the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with access to the second east-facing balcony. Description

A very quiet location close to the town centre with mountain views of the Zellerhorn and Kampenwand. We rent out two holiday flats, both with south-facing balconies. Very centrally located, just a 5-minute walk to the spa gardens, bus stop, and the village centre with its various shops and restaurants. A 10-minute walk to Hohenaschau Castle and the Kampenwand cable car. An ideal starting point for many lovely walks along the River Prien and hiking tours in the Kampenwand and Hochries areas, or you can enjoy varied e-bike tours in the surrounding Chiemgau region; Lake Chiemsee is 12 km away. Parking is available at the house, and we have a lockable garage with charging facilities for your bikes. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host. 

Arrival Description

Take the A8 motorway and exit at Aschau/Frasdorf, then drive towards Aschau. After the town sign, turn right onto Frasdorfer Straße after about 150 metres, follow the main road as it bends, then turn right onto Zillibillerstraße. Follow this road until it becomes Cramer-Klett-Straße, then turn right onto Ganghoferstraße. Our house is the fourth house on the left.

Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung, nette Gastgeber. Der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gute Gastronomie mit freundlichem Personal. Ausreichende Infos im Touristenbüro. Und auch das Wetter war super!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Herr und Frau Eder, herzlichen Dank. Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Überraschend in Bayern: Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Ferienwohnung und die Dienstleistungen (Einkaufen etc.) vor Ort. Aschau bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub, inklusive Nahverkehrsverbindungen mit Bus und Zug (wir waren auf einem spontanen Tagesausflug mit Zug in Salzburg, hat gut geklappt). Wir kommen sehr gern wieder - bei hoffentlich besserem Wetter.

"Negativ" ist zu negativ formuliert. Aber mehr "Regenwetter"-Angebote, mehr entsprechende Informationen über Aschau und das Chiemgau hinaus. Durch Zufall wurden wir auf die Passionsspiele in Erlau aufmerksam. Und bekamen online noch kurzfristig Karten. Verbesserungswürdig in der Region: Der mobile Internetzugang, da gibt es beachtliche "Lücken".
