Our holiday flat is situated in the heart of the mountaineering village of Sachrang, surrounded by vast mountain forests and flowering alpine meadows. Look forward to largely unspoilt nature in the beautiful Priental village of Sachrang – an ideal retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A small village shop is within easy walking distance and stocks everything you need for your stay. In summer, numerous hiking trails and walking paths right on your doorstep invite you to explore the alpine landscape. In winter, the focus is on downhill and cross-country skiing – perfect for active holidays. A free car park directly in front of the house and free Wi-Fi are, of course, at your disposal. The spacious Chiemsee holiday apartment is particularly suitable for dog owners and can be booked with a maximum of one pet.

The region around Sachrang also has plenty to offer those looking for things to do. Numerous well-known attractions are within easy reach and ensure a varied holiday. Whether it’s a visit to Lake Chiemsee with Herreninsel and Fraueninsel, a stroll through Munich or a cultural detour to nearby Salzburg – all these highlights are within easy reach. Trips to Reit im Winkl or Kufstein in Tyrol are also well worth it, where further natural and cultural experiences await you. So nothing stands in the way of a varied and eventful holiday.

About the host

During the winter months, Sachrang is at its most beautiful: well-maintained, cleared winter walking trails invite you to enjoy leisurely strolls through the snow-covered landscape. Around 20 kilometres of perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, some of which are even floodlit in the evenings, offer ideal conditions for sporting activities. For skiers, there are three small, family-friendly ski lifts, and a natural toboggan run provides winter fun for young and old alike. Those wishing to head higher up can reach the Kampenwand by cable car from Aschau im Chiemgau, just 12 kilometres away – a popular destination for hikers, ski tourers and nature lovers.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host. 

Arrival Description

You can reach Aschau im Chiemgau via the A8 motorway towards Salzburg. Take the Frasdorf exit, then turn left. From Aschau, it is another 12 km to Sachrang. At the entrance to the village, turn right and follow the village road.
