Well-kept house with upscale furnishings in a very quiet, central and well-kept residential area with a wonderful view of the mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the orthopaedic children's clinic, railway station, pub with beer garden and cafés, shopping facilities and church. Beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity for all seasons. You can choose from numerous hikes or e-bike tours in the surrounding mountains. One excursion destination, our local mountain, the Kampenwand, can be easily reached with the Kampenwand cable car. By car you can explore the entire Chiemsee/Chiemgau region as far as Berchtesgaden in just a few hours. Cot, high chair, changing mat in every flat. Drive into the village of Aschau over the ‘Prien’ bridge, turn left towards Bernau, at the traffic island immediately turn left again next to the ‘Kampenwand’ inn into Wiesengrundstraße.
