Description

Holiday home Wiesengrund with four holiday flats on a 1500 sqm property, in a quiet residential area on the Prien with a wonderful view of the mountains. Last house at Wiesengrundstr. 62, two flats handicapped accessible on the ground floor but with steps, two flats on the 1st floor. 500 m walking distance to the orthopaedic children's clinic and approx. 800 m into the village to various restaurants, shopping facilities, the train station and the bus stop. Various walking and hiking trails directly from the house lead along the river Prien, towards the Bärnsee nature reserve or into the surrounding mountains and alpine pastures such as Kampenwand. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house for a fee. Pets and dogs are not allowed. Free parking directly at the house.

We rent out four holiday flats for 2 - 4 people each with one or two separate bedrooms and next door under "Ferienwohnungen Feistl Wiesengrund" two more holiday flats for 2 people each with one separate bedroom.

The two flats (each either terrace or balcony) with two bedrooms have one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a queen-size bed 1.40 x 2m.

The prices are exclusive of tourism tax of 1,50 € per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,30 €. Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description

By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.

Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit in the direction of Bernau and immediately turn left again at Gasthof Kampenwand into Wiesengrundstraße. Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the right.

Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway track, at Gasthof Kampenwand, turn right into Wiesengrundstraße. Follow the road for approx. 750 m, last house on the right.

By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
