Our charming non-smoking holiday flat in a cosy Alpine style welcomes you with lots of wood, warm colours and lovingly selected, fully equipped furnishings. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing and restful holiday. The flat has an inviting hallway with a coat rack. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) ensures peaceful nights and restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC and a hairdryer. The small but well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven with microwave function, a filter coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment – ideal for convenient self-catering even on holiday. The cosy living room invites you to linger with a spacious dining area, a comfortable couch, smart TV and free WiFi. Whether after a hike, an excursion or for a relaxing evening – you will immediately feel at home here. A real highlight is the spacious corner balcony facing south and east. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains – perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or an atmospheric end to the day. Our lovingly furnished non-smoking holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor and offers you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains – a place to breathe deeply and feel good. Whether you're enjoying your first coffee in the morning or after an eventful day in nature, the view of the impressive mountain world accompanies you in every season. Even in winter, the flat offers a fantastic view of the snow-covered peaks and slopes. Free parking directly at the house ensures a relaxed arrival and uncomplicated excursions in the region. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed in the flats. 

Environment description

Your holiday apartment is also ideally located for excursions. Walchsee, the charming fortress town of Kufstein and culturally rich Salzburg in Austria are all within easy reach. Chiemsee, with its famous islands and boat trips, is also well worth a visit – a highlight for nature and culture lovers.

About the host

Numerous cycling and hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity of your holiday apartment, inviting you to take relaxing walks, scenic mountain tours or varied mountain bike rides. The natural surroundings of the mountaineering village of Sachrang offer ideal conditions for being active or simply enjoying the peace and quiet in every season. You can also benefit from the perfect location in winter: ski lifts and cross-country trails are within easy walking distance. Sachrang is considered a wonderful place for cross-country skiers and, with its two T-bar lifts, offers a small, manageable ski area – ideal for families, children and beginners who want to make their first turns.

The prices quoted are exclusive of tourism tax, which is €2.00 per person/night. For children and young people aged 6 to 15, the visitor's tax is €1.80 per person/night. Children up to the age of 5 are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax for the municipality of Aschau i. Ch. directly to your host. 

Arrival Description

By car: Take the A8 Munich/Salzburg motorway – exit at Aschau/Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn.
Coming from Frasdorf: drive past the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., continue straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Kampenwandseilbahn and Sachrang. Follow the road through Aschau until you reach the district of Sachrang after approx. 10 km. Turn right into the village and then immediately right again into Kirchstraße. Follow the road until you turn right into Spitzsteinstraße. You will find us on the right-hand side.
Coming from Bernau: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., continue straight ahead on Bernauer Straße, approx. 50 m after crossing the railway tracks, take the second exit at the roundabout towards Kampenwandseilbahn and Sachrang, follow the road – see above.
