Description
Detached house in an elevated, quiet location in the Höhenberg district, with a wonderful view of Aschau and the Kampenwand. A sunbathing lawn at the house invites you to relax. Due to the beautiful location on the outskirts of the village, approx. 2 km to the centre and 1 km to the orthopaedic children's clinic. The Cafe Pauli with its beer garden is only a few minutes' walk away. Our farm is located right next door, so dogs and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Arrival Description
Von der Autobahn A8 aus Frasdorf kommend in den Ort Aschau fahren. Nach ca. 300 m nach links Richtung Bernau abbiegen, über die Bahnlinie, an der Orth. Kinderklinik vorbei, in einer starken Rechtskurve nach links Richtung Höhenberg abbiegen. Nach ca. 50 m rechts nach Höhenberg abbiegen. Es sind noch ca. 800 m nach Höhenberg zu unserem Haus.
Von Bernau aus kommend, fahren Sie in den Ort Aschau. Nach ca. 250 m rechts nach Höhenberg abbiegen. Weitere 50 m dann wieder rechts abbiegen. Es sind noch ca. 800 m zu unserem Haus.
