A small table invites you to work or linger in comfort, while the carpeted floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy the sun and the wonderful view from the south-facing balcony - perfect for relaxing moments. The bathroom is located outside the room, but can only be used for this room. It has a shared shower and WC as well as a hairdryer for added comfort.
Even though the room does not have a TV, free Wi-Fi is available so that you can stay connected at all times. Your dog is welcome to travel with you - your four-legged companion is also welcome for an additional charge.

Our charming guesthouse Kiesmüller is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the southern slope of Hohenaschau Castle and offers you a marvellous unobstructed view of the mountains. The Kampenwand cable car and the Hohenaschau Castle falconry are in the immediate vicinity, inviting you to go on exciting exploratory tours. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in our breakfast room and lounge, let the sun shine on your face on our large sunbathing lawn and help yourself from our guest fridge. A rich breakfast buffet with regional delicacies awaits you every morning so that you can start the day energised. A high chair for children is also available. Families are very welcome here! For little adventurers, we offer guided children's pony rides on request - an unforgettable experience for the youngest. Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Drive through the village of Aschau im Chiemgau in the direction of Sachrang, after approx. 1.5 km you will reach the district of Hohenaschau after a large open meadow, after approx. 500 m turn right in a sharp left-hand bend (at the Burghotel) into Burgweg, our house is approx. 100 m on the left-hand side.
By train: Train connection Munich-Salzburg - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.
