Description
Our house with its two holiday flats is located in the middle of a quiet residential area in the Hohenaschau district, at the foot of Hohenaschau Castle and the Kampenwand. Each with a separate entrance and parking space. They have a balcony or terrace and are furnished in a cosy country house style. In the immediate vicinity you will find excellent hiking and leisure destinations. Hiking trails start right in front of the house, the valley station of the Kampenwand cable car is only a 3-minute walk away, the village centre is a 15-minute walk away. The mountain railway takes you to the alpine pastures of the Kampenwand, a wonderful hiking and skiing area. In winter -with suitable snow conditions- the ski run is possible almost up to the property. A designated winter hiking trail leads directly past the estate.
Environment description
Am Fuße der Kampenwand in Hohenaschau gelegen. Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Wanderwege und Radtouren. 15 min Fußweg in die Ortsmitte, die Talstation der Kampenwandseilbahn ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen. Im Winter können Schlitten kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Ein ausgewiesener Winterwanderweg führt hinterm Haus vorbei.
