Im Eingangsbereich ist der durch eine Glastüre abgetrennte Wohnbereich, sowie ein Gäste-WC zu finden. Der Wohn- und Essbereich einschl. Kamin und angrenzender, offener Küche mit Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, Backofen und Kühlschrank bietet ausreichend Platz für sämtliche Gäste des Hause . In einem separaten Wirtschaftsraum befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner.
Wir beziehen zu 100% ECO-Strom. Um den Tarif weiterhin zu halten, werden unsere Gäste gebeten auf den Stromverbrauch zu achten und energieintensive Geräte (bspw. Spülmaschine) möglichst erst nach 22 Uhr anzuschalten.
In der ersten Etage befinden sich drei Doppelschlafzimmer mit insgesamt zwei Badezimmern. Über zwei DZ hat man Zugang zu dem umlaufenden Balkon.
Zusätzlich befindet sich auf dieser Etage eine Sauna, welche nach Vereinbarung und separater Verrechnung genutzt werden kann.
Zwei weitere Doppelschlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Bad liegen in der zweiten Etage. Auch hier hat man Zugang von beiden Zimmern zu einem umlaufenden Balkon.
Zu dem Bauernhaus gehört auch ein nicht weiter ausgebauter Stall, welcher primär als Ablageort dient.

Description
The farmhouse from the early 19th century in Kollnburg, which was renovated in 2020, impresses with its unique view of the Bavarian Forest and the Arber. On approx. 260 sqm of living space, the house offers a total of 5 double bedrooms with bathroom and a spacious, open living and dining area with fireplace and attached kitchen. The farmhouse is located on a plot of approx. 10,000 sqm and is adjacent to a year-round farm towards the road.
The Bavarian Forest Nature Park offers countless leisure and sports opportunities, as well as great hiking trails. Thus, summer toboggan runs, via ferrata and excursions are quickly and easily accessible by car.
The hiking trail "Rund um Kollnburg" runs directly along the property, so you can start hiking right away. The summit of the Pröller can be reached on foot in about 45 min and offers another great view of the mountain range of the Bavarian Forest. In winter there is the possibility to ski on two slopes here.

- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to check-in. Guests booked less than 30 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to check-in date. After that, a 50% refund will be issued until 7 days prior to check-in. After that, no refund will be issued.
