The Andermatt Holiday Region lies in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The region is the ideal place for nature and culture lovers seeking relaxation and unforgettable moments in a fantastic mountain world. With the largest ski area in Central Switzerland, Andermatt+Sedrun+Disentis, cross-country ski tracks, winter hikes and an ice rink, the region offers the perfect setting for winter activities.

Our comfortable 48m2 apartment is located on the second floor of the Crystall II apartment building and benefits from having access by elevator. With its quiet yet central location close to the village center, the studio is the perfect home base for a relaxing stay on the Gotthard: the train station, Nätschen ski lift [Oberalp-Sedrun] and Gemsstockbahn as well as a supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The view of the magnificent mountains and the sunny south-facing balcony  make being here an enjoyable experience all year round.

Equipment in detail:

In addition to a dining table and all the necessary kitchen utensils, the kitchen includes an induction hob and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. Of course a fondue- and racletteset are also available.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer.

The bedroom, which is partially separated from the living room, offers a comfortable 1.80x2.00m double bed and you wake to a perfect view of the mountains.

There is a sauna in the basement of the building, which is available for a small fee. There is also an underground car park in the basement and space for storing ski and outdoor equipment.

Car park, tourist tax, Chrome Cast and are WiFi included. Bed linen, towels, household textiles and final cleaning cost lump sum 125 CHF.
