Newly renovated vacation apartment in the attic in a wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of Gstadt. The view from the balcony to the mountains is fantastic. The picturesque Chiemsee is only a few minutes walk away.bakery, post office and shopping as well as boat and bike rental are within walking distance. The public bathing area and the boat dock are also within walking distance.The apartment has been renovated in 2020 to a high standard, new bathrooms, new fitted kitchen with appliances, fully tiled with high quality Italian tiles in wood look. The apartment has roof slopes, which gives a very cozy atmosphere. The roof was insulated in 2020 according to the latest standards and is therefore pleasantly tempered in summer and winter.We are of course happy to provide excursion recommendations, restaurant recommendations and motorcycle routes.

The above prices do not include the tourist tax of € 1,50 per person/night for adults. Persons up to the age of 16 as well as severely disabled persons (degree of disability from 90) and accompanying persons of severely disabled persons (mark B) are free of tourist tax.

Arrival Description

Freeway exit Bernau - to Prien - to Rimsting further along the lake to Gstadt - through Gstadt until shortly before the end of the village - after the policeman in the garden left up the hill Hermann Gröber Weg - after the crossing is at Stocket 1 the three-family house on the left side.
