In the heart of the Chiemgau, integrated in Bavarian tradition, and in one of the most sought-after recreation areas between the Chiemsee, Simssee and the Eggstätter Seenplatte, lies the Landhof Angstl. The Joos family revived the former traditional inn "Gasthaus Angstl" in Sonnering with much love and heart and soul. Today the Landhof Angstl, together with the inn "zum Angstl" and the inn garden, presents itself again as a village center, retreat and starting point for numerous activities in Sonnering and the surrounding area. Enjoy your vacation in our guest rooms, which we have furnished with high standards and great attention to detail. In our exclusively renovated and furnished guest rooms we would like to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. It was important to us to combine the "old stock" with the most modern comfort, so that you can recover well. With great attention to detail, we designed the bathrooms into wellness oases, which now invite you to "dive in and let go" with rain showers.

Arrival Description
Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg from MunichTake the exit Rosenheim and follow the B 15 towards Rosenheim. After about 3 km you will pass the city limits of Rosenheim and after about 200m turn right in the direction of Bad Endorf / Traunstein. After about 2 km take the slip road on the right and follow the road for 15 km in the direction of Bad Endorf. In Bad Endorf turn left at the church (1st traffic light) towards Wasserburg, and after 2 km take the road on the right up the hill towards Höslwang. At the crossroads before Höslwang turn left in the direction of Halfing and after about 1.5 km you will reach the district of Sonnering. The Landhof Angstl is located in the center of the village on the right side of the street, parking spaces are in front of and behind the house. Freeway A8 Munich-Salzburg from SalzburgTake the exit Bernau am Chiemsee and turn right towards Prien (5 km). In Prien turn left at the church towards Bad Endorf and after 8.5 km you will reach Bad Endorf. At the church (2nd traffic light, not at the 1st!) turn right towards Wasserburg and after about 2 km take the road on the right up the hill towards Höslwang. At the crossroads before Höslwang turn left in the direction of Halfing and after about 1.5 km you will reach the district of Sonnering. Freeway A94 Munich - PassauAfter the exit 11 Ebersberg follow the federal road B304 to Wasserburg. There take the B15 in the direction of Rosenheim and after approx. 7 km turn left in the direction of Griesstätt. After about 10 km turn right at the end of the road towards Halfing. At the church in Halfing turn left towards Amerang. About 800 m after the end of the village turn right and follow the road until you reach the next village, the Sonnering district of Höslwang. Landhof Angstl is located in the center of the village on the left side of the road, parking spaces are in front of and behind the house.
