Our house, one of the most traditional in Altötting, is located directly below the famous Kapellplatz in Kapuzinerstrasse. In the since 1840 family-run business expects you after fundamental renovation in 2004 the ideal starting point to explore the sights, history of Altötting and surroundings. The hotel offers you the choice of two different room styles: classic and modern. The 30 rooms are equipped with shower/WC, color TV/radio, self-dial telephone and internet access (wireless-lan). Enjoy the peace and quiet in our chestnut beer garden, or let us spoil you in our cozy special beer bar, the "Andechser im Schex" with the excellent Andechser monastery beers and a down-to-earth, but also modern cuisine. Hotel elevator, non-smoking rooms and free bicycle garage as well as parking spaces at the house are available. Bicycle rental is available.

All lodging establishments are divided into three different color zones according to access routes.Altstadthotel Schex is located in the blue color zone. Please follow the corresponding signs from the entrance to the town. A94/B12/B299 - Exit Altötting- Mühldorfer Strasse - 1st traffic light left, Innererer Ring, following the turning main road turn right into Kapuzinerstrasse.
