The two-room vacation apartment is a non-smoking apartment in the lovingly renovated, historic "Stiagn-Schuster-Haus" is well and comfortably furnished and completely modernized a few years ago. The beautiful, new kitchen is equipped with brand appliances, microwave and dishwasher. The modern wet room is made of exclusive natural stone. The 1.60 m wide bed has a high-quality mattress. The living room has TV and WLAN and provides entertainment "at home", if you once not the numerous excursion possibilities in the nearby mountains, to the Chiemsee, Weihenlinden, Kleinhöhenrain, Tuntenhausen etc.. (Info you will find in the living room and entrance area ready) want to use. The comfortable couch can sleep one more person. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. The quiet, romantic Schmiedgasse in the old town center offers cozy restaurants with secluded, richly planted terraces directly on the stream, the Glonn. The St. Georg Clinic and Dr. Daudert are just a few minutes' walk away, as are the spa gardens, the train station and Marienplatz square with its adjacent promenade of ice cream parlors, stores and restaurants. Also within walking distance are the spa with wellness and green areas, other clinics, the cinema and organic food stores or discounters. The direct train connection allows you a day trip to Munich, Kufstein and much more. If you still want to do paperwork, please use the secretary in the living room. There are hotplates, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, some spices and crockery. The beautiful bathroom has a bathtub with hand shower. Here you will find towels, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. The French bed is 1.60 x 2 metres and can be separated into two single beds. There is a flat screen TV and good WLAN. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for a fee.

Independent check-in is possible from 3 pm until late at night. The key is deposited in a key box. The host is on site and can be reached by text message on your cell phone.
