Kurpark Suites comprises six charmingly furnished holiday apartments right by the idyllic spa gardens of Bad Aibling.
We are delighted to have taken over the former “Ferienwohnungen am Kurpark” from Mrs Astrid Heller.

🍃 During the first two weeks of December 2025, all apartments will be fully renovated — ready for our guests with a fresh look, modern comfort, and a feel-good atmosphere.

My name is Susanne Wild, and I run Kurpark Suites together with my family.
After many years in tourism, I’ve learned that travelling isn’t just about accommodation — it’s about a home away from home.

🍃 My husband, our two children and I love to travel ourselves, so we know how important warmth, kindness and a sense of security are.
That is exactly what we want to offer you.

Our goal is for you to feel welcome from the very first moment, to unwind, and to enjoy all that Bad Aibling and the region have to offer.
We preserve what’s proven — while bringing new ideas and fresh energy to Kurpark Suites.

The above rates apply for 2 persons per night.

🍃 Each additional person: + €20 per night (please add when booking)

🍃 Baby cot & high chair on request: + €20 flat rate for the entire stay
🍃 Minimum stay: at least 3 nights – for short stays of 3 nights, an additional charge of €16 per night applies; from the 4th night onwards, this surcharge no longer applies.

All prices include 7 % VAT, plus the local tourist tax of Bad Aibling.

Arrival Description

🇬🇧 ✈️ Arrival by Plane (Munich or Salzburg Airport)

Fly into Munich Airport (MUC) or Salzburg Airport (SZG).
From both airports, Bad Aibling can be reached in about 1 to 1.5 hours by car or train.
We are happy to assist you in arranging a transfer or taxi if desired.

🚉 Arrival by Train (Bad Aibling Station)
Get off at Bad Aibling train station.
It’s about a 5-minute walk to Meggendorferstraße 1, 83043 Bad Aibling.
Taxis are usually available right in front of the station.

🕒 Check-in available from 3:00 p.m.

🚗 Arrival by Car (via the A8 Motorway)
If you’re arriving via the A8 (Munich – Salzburg):

  • Exit the A8 at Bad Aibling (Exit 100).

  • Turn right towards Bad Aibling.

  • Follow the road for about 3 km into town.

  • Continue straight towards the town centre.

  • Meggendorferstraße turns right off Rosenheimer Straße (near the spa gardens).

  • House number 1 is at the beginning of the street – easy to find.

Parking is available directly at the property. No reservation needed.
