Our vacation apartment is located on the first floor and has a comfortably furnished kitchen with dining area. The large living room with dining area, sofa, TV and access to the terrace invites you to linger. The two bedrooms are equipped with four beds (also individually adjustable). If necessary, an additional crib is available. Pets are not allowed in our house. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

The cozy vacation apartment of Landhaus Köckbrunn is idyllically and quietly located at the Köckbrunner Hof, a typical Bavarian dairy farm at the foot of the Irschenberg in the beautiful Mangfall Valley. Numerous possibilities await you in the immediate vicinity to spend your vacation days in a relaxing and entertaining way. A large number of cycling and hiking trails invite you to explore. Many sights of Upper Bavaria, such as the numerous lakes (Chiemsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee) can be reached quickly and easily.

Bad Aibling is Bavaria's oldest mud spa and youngest thermal spa. With a total of two health clinics specializing in mud treatments and the Bad Aibling spa, the health resort offers the best conditions for a health vacation. In addition to traditional mud treatments, Bad Aibling also offers a wide range of wellness services. Both mud and thermal water help alleviate musculoskeletal complaints and promote relaxation.

The charming spa town in the Upper Bavarian Mangfall Valley between Munich and Salzburg is also a convincing vacation resort thanks to its wide range of leisure activities. Arrival Description

Take the highway exit Bad Aibling in the direction of Bad Aibling. In Pullach leave the traffic circle at the 3rd exit. After approx. 1.5 km turn left towards Willing and follow the road. Turn left at the main road and after approx. 500 m turn left again in the direction of Berbling. Follow the road for 2 km and then turn right towards Berbling. In Berbling drive past the church and follow the road for approx. 1.5 km in the direction of Mainz/Heinrichsdorf through a short stretch of forest. Then turn left towards Köckbrunn.
