city bike early pickup between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.

You have the option to pick up your booked city or touring bike the day before, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM (except on Sundays and public holidays).
To do this, please book the early pickup as an additional reservation (an extra fee of €8.00 per bike applies for picking up the bike the day before).

Please note:
Booking an early pickup is only possible in conjunction with a booking for a city or touring bike for the following day(s).
Early pickup is not available for other types of bikes (e.g., e-bikes).

Dresden Information, QF-Passage (lower level), Neumarkt 2

Opening hours:
Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday/Public holidays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Early pickup is available upon request during the months of January through March. Please send an email to info@dresdenbike.de to arrange this.
