on the bus: The bus does not have separate wheelchair spaces. Walkers and wheelchairs can be stored in the bus's luggage compartment.

During the city tour: Accessibility is limited due to cobblestones and sloping streets (from Cathedral Hill to the Old Town; alternatively, the elevator from Cathedral Hill to the parking lot can be used).

In the event of cancellation by the guest, this is free of charge up to four weeks before the event date. After that, a cancellation fee of € 10 per ticket will be charged. The ticket is not personalized.
The minimum number of participants is 20 per tour. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will inform you and cancel the booking free of charge.
