Description

The 40 m² apartment is located in the Waldulm district of Kappelrodeck, Baden-Württemberg, and accommodates up to 3 guests in a quiet setting surrounded by vineyards. You have a separate bedroom for 2 adults and a living room with a pull-out sofa for another person. The private, fully equipped kitchen offers a 4-zone ceramic hob with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table for 4 people. During your stay, you have individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a large smart TV with game console, Fire TV Stick, hi-fi system, washing machine, as well as your own workspace with desk in the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, towel warmer, and toilet. A baby cot and complete baby equipment are available on request. Enjoy your private, covered terrace with views of the vineyards. The shared garden offers additional outdoor space for relaxation. A parking space with step-free access to the apartment and a barrier-free interior are available at the house. A charging station for electric vehicles is available and can be used for an additional fee. Events are not permitted on the property. The hosts live in the same house, but not in the booked accommodation.

Directions

On the A5 motorway Karlsruhe-Basel take the Achern exit no. 53, drive towards Kappelrodeck on the L87, after approx. 6.5 km, turn left towards Waldulm into Oberachener Straße. Turn left again in the direction of Waldulm. In Waldulm drive straight ahead until Gasthof Rebstock appears on the left, then turn straight into Talstraße. After approx. 800 m turn left again into Russhaldeweg. The third house on the right is your holiday home.

Differing cancellation conditions

Up to 14 days before check-in, guests will receive a 100% refund. Less than 14 days before check-in, guests will not receive a refund. 

Tourist tax information

The prices shown do not include tourist tax. A tourist tax of EUR 2.00 per person / night is charged in the location of the booked accommodation. This must be paid to the host.
