Description

The detached holiday home ‘Usziit’ is located in sunny Sarn-Heinzenberg in the canton of Graubünden, just 8 km (approx. 15 minutes) from the Viamala motorway exit.

Thanks to its location right next to the Sarn-Heinzenberg valley station, you can enjoy direct access to the ski slopes and toboggan runs in winter – and a wide range of opportunities for hiking, biking and relaxing in the Beverin Nature Park in summer.

Location
The accommodation is located just 150 metres from the Sarn-Heinzenberg valley station, where you can hire skis, snowboards and toboggans. The location offers an ideal combination of tranquillity, nature and proximity to leisure activities.

Chur: approx. 30 km / 30 minutes
Lenzerheide: approx. 25 km / 35 minutes
Viamala motorway exit: approx. 8 km / 15 minutes

Conditions/extras

Completely renovated in 2025. Beautiful wooden floors, therefore shoes must not be worn. We recommend bringing slippers. Pets are not allowed.

A rental deposit of CHF 400.00 is payable on arrival, which will be refunded upon clean departure (Twint or Paypal).
