Solid 3-room mountain hut (tiny house), freshly renovated and newly furnished:
On the upper floor, there is a cozy kitchen with a seating area (and access to the patio) and a small, cozy (living) room with a double bed and a sofa bed. On the lower floor, entrance hall with sofa bed, staircase and bathroom (with toilet/shower).
The mountain hut has its own water source, hot water (instantaneous water heater) and electricity (solar and water turbine), pellet stove on the lower floor, wood-burning stove on the upper floor, wood-burning stove with oven and two gas hobs.

Description
The self-sufficient Maiensäss is situated in a special secluded location at approx. 1360 metres above sea level in the Beverin Nature Park (200 metres off the Schamserberg road between the villages of Fardün, Mathon and Lohn) and consists only of the hut and the stable belonging to it. There are no other inhabited huts in the neighbourhood. Guests are all to themselves in this idyllic setting between forest and meadows.The panoramic seating area with lounge, dining table, barbecue and fireplace can be accessed directly from the kitchen or via the outside staircase.
In front of the barn is a well with water from our own spring.
Sports equipment etc. can be stored in the barn.
In summer you can drive up to the Maiensäss.
In winter, depending on snow conditions, you can park 200 metres from the Maiensäss at the turn-off from the Schamserbergstrasse.
Conditions/extras
Parking space available, seating area with lounge, dining table, barbecue and fire pit, fountain with water from our own spring and storage space for sports equipment.

- Long-term rental possible in February/March/April 2027 (min. 1 month). No vacation rentals during this period. Please contact us for prices and detailed information.
