"The main thing I want from a stay is a good sleep. This means a comfortable bed and good soundproofing. I’d rate this part as 9/10. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean, no noise heard from outside or other rooms. We slept well. Things for improvement: No book on the table listing services, eg sauna opening and closing times, breakfast opening and closing times. Not my expectation for a 4 start hotel. (-0.5) Lack of keys. We only had one card between us. So we were restricted in our movements. This became an issue as one of us wanted to checkout while the other finished breakfast. Not possible. Not my expectation for 4 star. (-0.5) Breakfast: Was excellent. Although we arrived late - 9:30. Large choice, comfortable seating. We found out you were understaffed, and we felt sorry for the staff overstretched. The supply of hot food was restricted meaning it impacted on what we could eat before having to leave. Under the circumstances I thought the staff did superbly. The occasion was a treat for my fiancées birthday the previous day. We were in room 219. The lady on reception was gracious and helpful."

"Booking directly with the hotel resulted in huge problems, and headaches. 1. 1000euro Payment was taken from bank account but not processed by the hotel. 2. Hotel couldn’t find the payment in their system. 3. Hotel did not include breakfast as requested. 4. Booked a suite but was given a smaller room for the same price, was told upon arrival they were fully booked and I could either take the smaller room or go somewhere else. (Reason for the suite was not luxury but to have a separate area for our 1 year-old baby to sleep) This resulted in 3 sleepless nights. Staff very unhelpful and hard to deal with. Will never stay here again"

"Had the Junior Suite, which was good size but basic and dated..Layout was poor, TV is not placed in the best position to watch from the bed. "I booked a hotel room with a free cancellation policy up to 24 hours before check-in. My intended check-in date was 20/11, and I sent an email cancelling the reservation on 16/11. However, as of today, 21/11, I've been charged on my card for the booking. I was informed on 19/11 that my booking had been cancelled, but on the morning of 21/11, I was told that the manager would respond to my email. Unfortunately, there has been no response so far. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the issues I've faced."

"The reception staff at check-in were very rude. When I asked to print the bill, I was rudely refused. I decided to never come to a hotel like this again. However, the person at the reception when I checked out was cheerful and kind enough to print out the bill even though it was early in the morning. What's the difference even though it's the same hotel? I feel sorry for that wonderful person, but I was left with a strong impression at check-in, so as long as that person is there, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"We made the booking through their website with a family offer that was a good value for the room and the services included (junior suite with breakfast and minibar included). They offer a continental breakfast, however everyday is the same, so if you stay more than 4-5 nights you can be "bored", eventhough for us it wasn't a problem. Justo a recomendation: It would be an extra if juices were homemade. Located conveniently to the main train station (10 min walk) and an undergroud station (3 min walk) and overall a secure zone (we expected to see homeless as it was so close to main train station)"

"Good morning team, Arrival, was ok, original check-in was done friendly. Surprise was when I was in my room with two matras when I booked the room with one bed. After asking for one bed, answer: not available.... knowing that move a lot in bed, to me this is an important item. Two extra attempts were done to get the right room... at the end was ok, but it was an unpleasant conversation and I know it was not an easy one for the receptionist either. Breakfast was good, friendly Parking underground, was ok... Check-out was friendly and cooperative. Will I come to your hotel again? Not sure, I do not know how to guarantee a 1bed with 1 matrass room. "Our stay was comfortable, good value for money. Our room faced the road, so sleeping with an open window is almost impossible because of traffic noise. The beds were comfortable, breakfast very nice (albeit the buffet is too small when hotel is full). Staff were mostly nice, apart from when we asked for a different pillow and were sent away rather rudely. One thing that needs improving for a 4+ star hotel is the bar. Staff were completely overwhelmed and there was a very small selection of drinks available. Overall, we would stay here again when in Stuttgart."

"The staff at the hotel were excellent, friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the breakfast buffet excellent. Unfortunately the air conditioning had been turned off, presumably to save money for the owners, and so we had to try and sleep with the windows open on what is a very busy street; certainly got to listen to the sounds of the City! Apart from the AC issue, a good overall stay. I would recommend this hotel only if the AC is working during warm weather."

"My family’s stay was very pleasant. We came for the fest and the staff was accommodating in every way possible. Efi went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable, calling and making dinner reservations, and making us recommendations for dinner and drinks. Our service down at the bar was also fantastic. The food and drink were delicious. The waiter (who’s name I am not remembering) was considerate and went out of his way to get any special requests we had with food and wine. We had such a pleasant and relaxing stay. My only complaint was that the room was very hot and stuffy... we had the thermostat down to the lowest possible setting but it was still too warm to sleep comfortably but with the window/door open it was more noisy. "Good day. The stay at the hotel was satisfactory. It certainly could have been much better given the good facility. The first thing I didn't like at all was the request to block 50 euros from my credit card (despite the fact that the room had been paid totally in advance a week before, including breakfast) asserting that they were being blocked as a guarantee of I don't know precisely what, since for example the bar fridge in the room was empty (except for a bottle of Water). So as a guarantee of what, that maybe I could break something? Personally, I have stayed in many hotels, often even luxury ones, both for business or with my family, and no one has ever asked me this request. Clearly, it is not because of the 50 euros, but because of the concept itself of this request, which is completely inappropriate. Besides the fact that you return them after 2 working days, after the customer has already left. Another thing that should be improved is that when you have guests with dogs (as was the case with a neighbor who had one that barked often at night), you should point out to these uncivilized people that dogs cannot bark like that in a hotel. I think it is antigenic to admit dogs, especially having you the carpet probably everywhere. The additional things that could be improved are: as mentioned the carpet! for those with allergies is not the best; when asking for a double bed it is not good to find two single beds attached to each other as it was in my case. "The hotel is close to the main railway station, so getting from one place to another ia easy. Although the hotel is located in the city centre of Stuttgart and close to a busy road, the hotel is very quiet and the sound of cars do not reach the hotel at all. The service is very friendly.
