Neuweier Castle - a place where cuisine and cellar complement each other perfectly With its historically valuable history, Schloss Neuweier has arrived in the present and is open to tomorrow for everything new - located in the middle of the district of Neuweier, a suburb of Baden-Baden, in the middle of the Rebland as well as the Baden Wine Route and the Black Forest. Family Schätzle as well as the whole team of Schloss Neuweier attaches great importance to a high service quality with personal service, paired with authentic cordiality as well as a lived hospitality - and creates from it with a lot of love to the detail an extraordinary-unforgettable experience. In addition to Robert Schätzle's own winery, Schloss Neuweier also includes its own restaurant called "Goldenes Loch" - named after the monopollage - various vaulted cellars, a newly renovated barn as a vintner's farm/besenwirtschaft and event location, as well as the boutique hotel. With its 10 rooms, the boutique hotel is the perfect piece of the jigsaw puzzle that complements Schloss Neuweier's offerings, in addition to the winery and gastronomy. All of the hotel's rooms have views of the estate's own vineyards, the castle and the picturesque courtyard. Four boutique rooms, four elegant comfort rooms and two spacious suites with separate living space are available. In addition, there is a "Barn" apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen as well as a sleeping area with two single beds and another "Castle" apartment with two separate apartments, each with a kitchen, a bedroom and living room, bathroom as well as its own terrace. A cozy library area invites you to linger. Here are the wines of the in-house winery, other drinks and also books / magazines for the guests.
