Check-in and check-out regulation

Our check-in and check-out times are 1:00 pm and 12:00 pm (noon) respectively. On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 1 pm onwards. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12 noon. For late arrivals (after 10 pm) we kindly ask for a short notice.

Directions

Coming by the highway A5 exit Baden-Baden, straight on the B500 on the right lane, into the tunnel, 2.5 km. Drive through the Michaelstunnel and take the first exit. At the end of this exit, turn left into the Lichtentalerstraße and still follow the sign "Congress, Augustaplatz und Hotel Route" straight away across the traffic light. At the second intersection, turn into the "Stefanienstraße" and then at the third intersection turn left into the "Merkurstraße".
