Check-in and check-out regulation
Check in: Our rooms are ready for you at 3 p.m. For an earlier arrival we kindly ask for a short message. We will do our best to meet your request. Please note that our reception is staffed until midnight. A later arrival is possible after prior arrangement. Please contact our reception for this purpose. Check out: So that you have enough time to pack your lugagge after your breakfast, we do not expect your departure until 12am.
Directions
Motorway A5 Frankfurt-Basel, exit Baden-Baden. You reach the city via feeder road B 500, then follow the direction 'Congress'. Drive through the Michaelstunnel and take the first exit. At the end of this exit, turn left into the 'Lichtentalerstraße' and still follow the sign 'Congress, Augustaplatz und Hotel Route' straight away across the traffic light. At the second intersection, turn into the 'Stefanienstraße' and then at the third intersection turn left into the 'Merkurstraße'.
