With sophisticated interiors and art nouveau furniture in all 71 rooms and suites, modern technical equipment and great facilities, we are pleased to welcome you to our hotel. We will indulge you with our extensive daily breakfast buffet in the "La Galerie" restaurant. Our restaurant terrace means you can enjoy breakfast outside when the weather is fine! Of course, with prior notice and for a small extra charge we can also serve breakfast to your room. We are always happy to welcome you to our Lobby Bar for a cozy afternoon coffee, and in the evenings for a fine drink at the hotel bar - our service team is looking forward to welcoming you!With the exception of our unique cigar lounge, you will be staying in a completely no-smoking hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel. In addition, the bathrooms in the majority of our rooms and suites offer their own thermal water connection: So you can bathe "at home".As a guest, you are the focus of our daily activity - we look forward to welcoming you!

Check-in and check-out regulation

Your arrival is possible from 03.00 p.m. until 00.00. Our hotel reception is open 24 hours. If you should arrive after 11.00 p.m. or after midnight, please contact us by e-mail. In case of your arrival before 03.00 p.m., we will be happy to inquire about the earlier availability of your room or keep your luggage safe at the hotel reception until 03.00 p.m. Out of consideration for newly arriving guests, the return of your room by 12.00 noon is binding. We will be happy to check on your request whether a late departure is possible and whether a surcharge is payable for this.

Directions

For arrival by car, follow the B500 in the direction of the Festspielhaus/Kurhaus and enter "Wilhelmstrasse" into your navigation system. After passing through this street you will reach our hotel, directly opposite in the pedestrian zone. For the journey with the public means of transport, we recommend the bus 201 from the station, to stop Hindenburgplatz. From there it is about 100 meters to the hotel, located in the pedestrian zone. Tickets can be purchased from the ticket machine or from the driver on the bus. We wish you already today a good journey.

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 90% of the total price of the reservation at any time. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival.
