Die Glastür zum Bad!!!!! Selbst wenn ich mit meinem Partner ein DZ bewohne, möchte ich ihm nicht zusehen, wie er auf dem Klo sitzt! Außerdem möchte ich die Badezimmertür abschließen können.

Alles (bis auf das was ich unten geschrieben habe) gut.

Es wäre schön wenn es kleine Schälchen für die Salate gibt (Fleisch,- und Geflügelsalat). Außerdem war es nicht sooo schön während des gesamten Frühstücks auf die nichtabgeräumten Tische zu gucken. Das war aber nur am 03.10. da meinte die Angestellte wohl, das es wichtiger ist sich zu unterhalten. Sehr schade...

Rooms were far too hot. In the first room I was in, opening the windows at night resulted in very loud street noise and wasn't possible, so the room got very stuffy. When I complained I was moved to a much better room overlooking the courtyard, so the windows could open, but the room was still uncomfortably hot. I was shocked by this in May, which makes me think the place must be unbearable later in summer.

Wir haben Ihren Kommentar sehr ernst genommen und bereits mit dem Reinigungs- und Hauspersonal gesprochen. Wir haben uns um Lösungen bemüht, dass so etwas nicht noch einmal passiert. Wir würden uns trotzdem freuen, falls Sie wieder in Hannover übernachten, Ihr Gastgeber zu sein. Bei Ihrer nächsten Übernachtung in unserem Hause erwartet Sie ein Welcome Drink in unserer „mini bar.

Für ein 4* Hotel ein äußers dürftiges Frühstück, z.B. in Zimmer 409 (Neuer Bodenbelag) rutschen die Betten dauern auseinander "Antwort HMTG: Ihr gebuchtes Hotel ist ein 3-Sterne Betrieb, dass dazugehörige Designhotel ist das 4-Sterne Hotel."

- laut (Straßenverkehr, Straßenbahn, Eisenbahn) - Mobiliar und Stil erheblich in die Jahre gekommen - keine Minibar/kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer - Warmwasser so gut wie nicht nutzbar (erheblicher Mangel!) - falsche Preisübermittlung von Hannover Marketing und Tourismus ließ sich im Hotel nicht korrigieren (statt Kontingentpreis Deutscher Städtetag von 79 Euro Ü/F wurden 80 Euro Ü + 12,50 Euro F = 185 Euro anstelle von 158 Euro und mithin 27 Euro mehr berechnet) Antwort HMTG: "Der Gast hat bei der Buchung eine falsche Rate gebucht. Leider haben wir dann keinen Einfluss auf die Berechnung."

Die alten, wenig Schall hemmenden Zimmertüren. Dadurch werden Geräusche auf dem Gang kaum gedämpft. Die Türen sind zudem nicht einbruchsicher. Der alte Aufzug, mit seinem Teppichboden an den Wänden.
