Details

The house has about 54 square meters and exceeds over two floors. On the ground floor, there is the living-kitchen area and on the first floor there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The living-kitchen area is furnished with a living room suite, tv, dvd-player, hi-fi and a dining table. The kitchen unit has stove, oven, fridge, coffeemashine, etc. . One bedroom has a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) and a wardrobe, the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds (each 0,90 x 1,90 m) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has shower and toilet. In the garden, a terrace with garden furniture is available. Bedlinen, towels and the final cleaning are included in the price.

Description

The semi-detached house is located in Mildstedt, about 3,5 km away from Husum with market square and station. The North Sea with its beach is about 4,5 km away. The next shopping facility is about 1 km away. Further information: parking-space, garden, non-smoking, no pets allowed, washing machine & dryer can be used on request and for an extra charge.

Arrival description

Die Ferienwohnung Asmussen erreichen Sie mit dem HusumBus - Linie 7 ab dem zentralen Busbahnhof (ZOB). Die nächste Bushaltestelle "Mauweg" ist ca. 600 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Alles da, was wir für einen Urlaub benötigen. Saubere und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Ruhige Seitenstraße, Parkplatz direkt vor der Ferienwohnung.

Die Ferienwohnung von Frau Schmidt ist einwandfrei.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, daß gerade wo wir da waren, das Haus nebenan ein neues Dach bekam. Die Zimmerer und Dachdecker fingen schon morgens um 6 Uhr an mit den Arbeiten.

Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen, unsere ungeplant leicht verfrühte Ankunft war kein Problem. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt und unsere Vermieterin war fürsorglich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt!

Wunderschöne Blumendekorationen und Sekt zur Begrüßung, Betten wie zuhause, großer Flachbildschirm , leicht zu bedienen. Sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer, alle Einrichtungsgegenstände neu oder neuwertig. Gastgeber, wie man sie sich nur wünschen kann!!
