Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist mit einer großen Sofalandschaft, einem TV-Gerät und einem Essplatz eingerichtet. Der Essplatz ist direkt vor einer großen Fensterfront mit einem schönen Blick in den Garten.  Die separate Küche ist mit einem Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Die zwei Schlafräume sind wie folgt eingerichtet und aufgeteilt: 1 Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 m x 2,00 m - mit Fußende) und 1 Schlafraum mit einem Einzelbett (0,90 m x 2,00 m - mit Fußende) und einer Schlafcouch. Der Wohnraum ist mit 2 hochwertigen Sofas, Kamin und großem Flachbild-TV eingerichtet. An der Decke im Wohnraum befindet sich echter Stuck. Das angrenzende Esszimmer ist mit einem großen Esstisch für alle Personen und einer zusätzlichen großen Schlafcouch eingerichtet. Der Wintergarten mit Blick in den Garten ist mit einer Sitzgruppe und einem zusätzlichen Schlafsofa eingerichtet.
