Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist mit einer großen Sofalandschaft, einem TV-Gerät und einem Essplatz eingerichtet. Der Essplatz ist direkt vor einer großen Fensterfront mit einem schönen Blick in den Garten.  Die separate Küche ist mit einem Herd mit Cerankochfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Die zwei Schlafräume sind wie folgt eingerichtet und aufgeteilt: 1 Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 m x 2,00 m - mit Fußende) und 1 Schlafraum mit einem Einzelbett (0,90 m x 2,00 m - mit Fußende) und einer Schlafcouch. Das angrenzende Esszimmer ist mit einem großen Esstisch für alle Personen und einer zusätzlichen großen Schlafcouch eingerichtet.
