A touch of tradition, served with a dash of modernity. Enjoy the best of both worlds in our mountain hotel. Nestled in the beautiful mountain landscape on the Pizol, the Berghotel Gaffia is a real eye-catcher. At 1,750 meters above sea level, an authentic mountain hut feeling is guaranteed.
Skiing right to the door. Our mountain hotel is easily accessible via the piste, for a seamless experience in the mountains.

Wangs valley station: Pizolstrasse, 7323 Wangs
The valley station is only 5 minutes away from the freeway exit and can be reached without snow chains or other aids even in winter. For the bottom station Wangs take the exit Sargans. The valley station is well-marked from the freeway exit. From the Wangs valley station, take the cable car to Furt, then the Chairlift to Gaffia (see operating times).
Arriving by public transport
From Sargans train station, take bus number 429 or 430 to Wangs stop, Pizolbahn. There are four buses per hour on weekdays and two buses per hour on Sundays. From the valley station Wangs you change to the gondola and chair lift of the Pizolbahnen. From the station Gaffia it is about 10 minutes walk. We recommend to take your luggage in a backpack. In winter the arrival is only possible with skis or snowboard. Arrival by car/taxi to the hotel is not possible! It is not allowed to drive on the private road.
