The Haus Steinbock is nestled in the centre of Tannenboden on Flumserberg. It is only 150 metres from the nearest ski slopes and ski lifts. Hiking trails, bike routes and shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. This makes the Haus Steinbock the ideal starting point for a few days' holiday for those seeking peace and quiet, active holidaymakers and connoisseurs. At Haus Steinbock, you will find comfortable rooms with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, television and radio. The house is equipped with a lift. Various rooms are also furnished with a pull-out couch, which can be used as an extra bed for 1-2 people.
BIKEHOTEL HEIDILAND: Haus Steinbock has been awarded the "Bikehotel Heidiland" seal of approval. Cyclists benefit from a lockable storage room, a well-equipped workshop, a washing area, a laundry service and other amenities.

Arriving by car
Highway Zurich - Chur or highway St. Margrethen - Sargans - Zurich, from exit Flums drive in direction Flumserberg for about 11 km. Arrived at the highest point by car (Tannenboden) you will see the first Hotel Tannenboden/Steinbock on the right side.
Arriving by public transport
Train to Flums, take the bus towards Flumserberg Tannenboden. In winter, get off at the bus stop Tannenbodenwiese and in summer you have to go to the bus stop in Tannenboden Dorf. At the bus stop, walk up or down towards Hotel Tannenboden, where you will see the Hotel Tannenboden/Steinbock.
