Birding excursion on Mettmen
Description
Light as a feather and soaring high – Discover the bird world on Mettmen
We will discover the diverse bird world on the Mettmen Alp together with an ornithologist who knows the area. With alert eyes and ears we will observe and listen: What songs do the feathered inhabitants of the Alps sing?
If the conditions are good, we will see the impressive soaring flight of the golden eagles in the thermals above us. Bearded vultures also roam the protected hunting area of Freiberg Kärpf – we may even have a rare sighting. A nature experience full of excitement and unforgettable moments!
