Description

Our house is located in a quiet area directly on the Ruhr and the Kaiserroute. The old town of Hattingen is about a 20 minute walk, the next bus stop is about a 5 minute walk away. The historic building, which has been used as a restaurant and hotel since 1910, was completely renovated in 2008 and invites to spend relaxing hours. Enjoy the young, German cuisine in our restaurant, on the terraces or in the panorama room.

Directions

Directions from the Ruhr Valley cycle path from the Bochum side:
You drive on the Ruhr Valey cycle path on the Bruchhauser Straße (downstream). When you see the Ruhr bridge Klosterstraße, leave the cycle path at the fork to the right and drive uphill for a short distance until you reach the bridge. Then turn left and cross the Ruhr on the bridge. At the end of the bridge turn left at the traffic light, then keep right and drive straight to our house.
Directions from the Ruhr Valley cycle path from the Hattinger side:
You take the Ruhr Valley cycle path (upstream) and continue on the Hattinger side until you reach our hotel.
