Description
The centrally located hotel and restaurant, owned by the Willmes family for the third generation, can be found in the heart of the historic old town, the former residence and today's governmental town of Arnsberg in the Sauerland region. Below the town’s landmark "Bockenturm", right next to the "Landsberger Hof" castle; built in 1605 by the Elector Ernst v. Bavaria.
A varied, almost daily changing menu offers dishes from Westphalian home cooking to fine home-style cuisine. The focus is on fresh products, preferably from the region, such as wild boar roast with morels, deer fillet in savoy cabbage, fried black pudding or grilled zander fillet on potato olive puree, which you can enjoy at our stove! Since mid-2010, we have been certified by the Society for Resource Conservation as a company that is allowed to offer products from organic farming.
The rooms are spacious and cosy providing many amenities including free Wi-Fi. Mornings start with a rich breakfast buffet. Dining options include the restaurant, the Butterbettchen-Ecke lounge, and the beer garden.
The Zum Landsberger Hof has secure bicycle storage facilities and offers free parking to all guests.
