Unser Stolz ist eine über 200 Jahre alte Linde im Garten. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit Vollholz-Möbeln. Insgesamt sind 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, nach Bedarf auch mehr. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit je 1 Doppelbett, in einem ist zusätzlich ein Einzelbett. Ein Reisebabybett kann auf Anfrage dazugestellt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Schlafsofa, 1 weitere Schlafmöglichkeit ist in der gemütlichen Lese-Nische am Gang. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus optimal groß, bis 6 Personen ist es möglich und auch noch komfortabel. Der Garten ist groß genug für ein Zelt, nach Absprache.
Die Anreise ist von XX Uhr bis XX Uhr möglich. Die Abreise ist bis XX Uhr möglich.
Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich. Bitte melden Sie sich ggf. rechtzeitig bei uns für eine Absprache.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort/ über einen Schlüsselkasten. Den Code dazu erhalten Sie rechtzeitig vor der Anreise.
Ein Reisebabybett kann auf Anfrage dazugestellt werden.
Ein Zustellbett kann auf Anfrage kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt/erlaubt, gegen eine Gebühr von XX€ pro Tier/Nacht.
Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von XX€ pro Person/Nacht wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.

Description
The old farmhouse (built in 1804) was completely renovated by us in 2023/24. Our wish was to preserve the charm of the old house as well as offer modern comfort. Thanks to underfloor and wall heating, you can now spend very cozy hours in the house even on cold days after skiing or a romantic winter hike. You can also heat with a wood stove in the living room and kitchen. A large terrace and a spacious garden with a fireplace are available in all seasons. The starry sky is particularly beautiful here as there is no light pollution.
Conditions/extras
A deposit of 25% will be charged after booking and must be paid within 5 days.
The remaining payment is due at least 20 days before the start of the trip.
If you book at short notice within 20 days before the start of the trip, the full amount is
due immediately.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price.
Later cancellations from 29 to 1 day before arrival will be charged 80% of the total price.
If you do not show up on the agreed arrival day, 100% of the total price will be charged.
The accommodation provider will try to reoccupy the Lindensalettl in order to avoid
cancellations. If it is re-rented, we will refund 90% of the total price.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
