The brightly designed suite is located in the heart of Bad Birnbach on a slight hill with a dream view. 1-3 people will find room there. The spacious living/sleeping area has a comfortable seating area, a sofa bed, a dining table, a desk and a double bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and kettle. The large bathroom with double sink, hairdryer and bathtub completes the overall picture. In addition, there is a separate toilet. The balcony invites you to linger. The Rottal Terme is only 250m away from the accommodation and can be easily reached on foot. 150m to the "Neuem Marktplatz" and about 600m to the old town center "Alte Hofmark". In Bad Birnbach there are beautiful hiking possibilities. Peace and nature invite you to relax.
