Details

The house is equipped with one double bed room and one triple bed room and one extra bed in the hallway. You will find two bathrooms in the house. Once with shower/WC and once with bathtub/WC. The large living area with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen invites you to linger. In the living area you will find a TV screen with DVD player and a stereo system with iPod station. The house has a south-facing terrace with seating and 4 sun loungers. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Pets are not allowed.

Description

The house has various stairs due to the slope, this is especially not suitable for mobility impaired persons. Pets are not allowed.access to the house in snow is possible only with four-wheel drive. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, please note that these are not always usable in winter. However, it is also possible to park on the main road directly behind the driveway. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Shopping facilities can be found in Pany or Küblis. Ideal starting point for sports activities in summer and winter. The world famous ski resort Davos Klosters is only 8 km away and can be easily reached from Küblis with the RhB (Rhaetian Railway). In summer you will find a large outdoor swimming pool in Pany, a great variety of hiking and biking trails as well as the 1st via ferrata in Graubünden and various climbing gardens in the nearby Rätikon.

Conditions/extras

Deposit: On arrival a deposit of CHF 300.- is to be paid in cash. This will be refunded on departure or by bank transfer from the landlord provided that no damage has been caused to the rental property. Final cleaning up to 2 persons: CHF 100.- Final cleaning up to 4 persons: CHF 125.- Final cleaning up to 6 persons: CHF 200.- Bed linen and towels: CHF 20.- per person The costs for final cleaning and bed linen and towels are to be paid in cash on arrival. Additional costs: firewood and kindling can be obtained in the surrounding stores.
