Welcome to Natur.Liebe.Leben.Our house is located in an idyllic setting right on Lake Waging (Waginger See), between Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg-perfect for nature excursions. In front of the house, there's a playground for children and a parking space right at the door. Just about 200 meters away is the picturesque Waginger See with its own sunbathing lawn and direct access to the water. The holiday apartment spans two floors with an open gallery. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, a children's room, and a laundry room. The large, modern kitchen is perfect for hobby chefs and comes equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, six-burner stove, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and a pod coffee machine. Essentials like spices, oil, and coffee are already provided. The 40-square-meter living and dining area is designed so that you can keep an eye on everything while you're cooking. Plenty of toys and books await our little guests, ensuring that even the youngest ones have a great time. You can also relax on the pull-out sofa in front of the smart TV. The 30-square-meter covered balcony, furnished with garden furniture and offering mountain views, is also a lovely place to unwind. The laundry room is practical and includes a washing machine, drying rack, and a tumble dryer. On the second floor, you'll find a desk with internet and Wi-Fi access, as well as an additional sofa bed. The upstairs bathroom features a toilet, shower, and a bathtub. The spacious 40-square-meter bedroom includes a bed and separate mattresses to create a sleeping area for multiple guests. Our toilets are equipped with child seats, and a potty is also available. Our house is cleaned using a Hyla air and room purification system, which also deep-cleans the mattresses. This makes the house allergy-friendly. Nature is very important to us, which is why we've used eco-friendly flooring, lime-based wall paint, and mostly secondhand furniture in the apartment. We wish you a wonderful stay in our home.
