Die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung ist 75 m2 groß und entspricht gehobenem Komfort. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss. Wir bieten Ihnen eine gemütlich ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2-6 Personen. Für einen gemütlichen Grillabend oder ihr tägliches Frühstück steht Ihnen ein überdachter Freisitz und ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung. Außerdem bieten wir Platz zum Fußballspielen, Tischtennisplatte, Kinderspielgeräte und die Möglichkeit für sonstige Ballspiele. Auch stehen Sonnenliegen und Stühle zur Verfügung. Ihre mitgebrachten Fahrräder können Sie bei uns in einem verschlossen Anbau abstellen. Das Mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht gestattet. Im Haus ist das Rauchen strickt verboten!

The comfortably furnished vacation apartment is 75 m² and corresponds to upscale comfort. The apartment is located on the second floor. Our guesthouse is situated in a relaxing location near the lake Waginger with a wonderful panoramic view of the Untersberg, the Hochstaufen and the Zwiesel. Our house is two kilometers from the village of Petting and three kilometers from Lake Waginger. The relaxing and idyllic Heidewanderung for romantic walks is one kilometer away. The very famous Mozart cycle path leads directly past our house.We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment for 2-6 people.For a cozy barbecue evening or their daily breakfast is a covered outdoor seating area and a cozy lounge available. In addition, we offer space for playing soccer, table tennis, children's playground equipment and the possibility for other ball games. Sun loungers and chairs are also available. You can leave your bicycles with us in a locked annex.

Unser Gästehaus liegt in einer erholsamen Lage in der Nähe des Waginger Sees mit herrlichem Panoramablick auf den Untersberg, den Hochstaufen und den Zwiesel. Unser Haus ist zwei Kilometer vom Ort Petting und drei Kilometer vom Waginger See entfernt. Die erholsame und idyllische Heidewanderung für romantische Spaziergänge liegt in ein Kilometer Entfernung. Der sehr bekannte Mozartradweg führt direkt an unserem Haus vorbei. Im Ort Petting finden Sie einen Sportplatz mit Beachvolleyballfeld und Tennisplätzen. Darüber hinaus finden Sie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die für das leibliche und kulinarische Wohl sorgen. Eine bekannte Brauerei sowie Gaststätten mit bayerischen Schmankerl gibt es in der näheren Umgebung. Aktivitäten: In drei Kilometer Entfernung finden Sie das luxuriöse Hotel Edermann, wo Sie gegen Entgelt den Wellnessbereich benutzen können. In Waging ist die erholsame entspannende Wellnessoase Baumgartner mit Hallentennisplätzen.
