It is possible to cancel the contract in case of an explicit agreed right to withdraw or in case of other legal rights to withdraw and in case that the hotel accept the cancellation of an agreement. The agreement of the right to withdraw and the agreement of an cancellation applies only in a written form. In case there is no agreement to withdraw of the contract the hotel will charge the agreed amount. Returns of resale and saved expenses will be taken into account. Is no resale possible, the hotel can generalize the deduction for saved expenses. In any case, the customer is obligated to pay at least 90% of the total amount including or excluding breakfast as well as for package arrangements with third-party services, 70% for half-board and 60% for full-board arrangements.
