Our hotel is part of the historical heart of the old town in Lindau. It has been lovingly restored and offers you a beautiful home during your stay with us. We have a pleasant breakfast room, bright conservatory and a "wellness area". Our single, double, triple and quad rooms are equipped with: shower/ WC, telephone, minibar, TV, hair-dryer and W-LAN / LAN (by tariff).<br><br>Receipton Hours: 7 am until 9 pm<br>Check in: until 6 pm (or upon consultation)

Conditions/extras

Cancellations up to 3 days prior arrival are free of charge. Later we will charge 90% of the total amount unless we are able to re-sell the room to another person. Please note that we accept cancellations only in a written from.<br><b>During the trade fair time:</b> The information of your credit card is needed to guarantee your booking. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. Any cancellation of the reservation shall be addressed to the host in writing. Depending on the receiving date of the cancellation, the rates listed below shall apply. Up to 10 weeks prior to arrival 20% of the total price. Up to 8 weeks prior to arrival 60% of the total price
Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival 80% of the total price.
Thereafter 90% of the total price
We reserve the right to charge your credit card with 100% of the total price if you do not inform us about your cancellation. Exceptions to these conditions are subject to change by the hotel manager.
