Psychologists have theorised that the long-term exhaustion know as ´burnout´ is a process that can be divided into twelve phases. Phases two and three are: ´working harder´ and ´neglecting one´s needs´. To combat this harmful process during a business trip, we urgently recommend a change of location and of scene, but one that does not involve a long and gruelling drive. As it is close to the trade-fair Friedrichshafen - appoximately 20 minutes ba car to the town centre and the exhibition halls, 30 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to the motorway - our hotel is ideal for business travellers who long to dangle their legs in the water after a tedious conference or a long day at the fair. During the trade fairs, there is a shuttle-bus service between the hotel and the exhibition site.
Upon request, we serve breakfast starting at 6:30 a. m. A valid business invoice will be issued the night prior to departure, and double rooms can be booked at single-room rates if available.

For cancellations of bookings, if the room can not be sold, the canceled stay:
Until 30 days before arrival = free / 30 to 7 days before arrival = 65% / 7 days to 24 hours prior to arrival = 80% / Last 24 hrs. prior to arrival = 90% / always based at 14 o´clock.
