Conditions/extras

<u>Individual travellers (up to 10 persons):</u> For a 1-5 overnight stay; the reservation can be cancelled free of charge 1 day before arrival until 4 pm (local time). For a stay up to 6 nights; the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. <b>For stays during conventions or trade fair times;</b> the reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 7 days before arrival. A cancellation has done in a written form. In case of delayed cancellation or no-show we will charge 90% of the rooms rates for the whole stay.<br><b><u>Groups (from 10 persons): </u></b>until 12 weeks prior arrival 100%, until 6 week prior arrival 50%, until 3 weeks prior arrival 10% and until 1 week prior arrival 2% of the total amount of rooms rates or event services are free of charge. <u>No show / cancellation fees:</u> An additional cancellation is only possible without cancellation fees in case that we succeed in selling the booked rooms to other guests. Should the rooms cannot be sold, a cancellation fee of 90% of the room rate has to be paid as well as a pro rata loss of the event.<br>
