Once there, let yourself be charmed by the unique atmosphere of the village and the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn rising above the skyline. Enjoy your free time strolling through picturesque streets, discovering traditional wooden and stone houses, and exploring the historic Hinterdorfstrasse district, a true glimpse into the life of the first Walser settlers with centuries-old barns and granaries.
Zermatt is also the perfect place to enjoy an authentic Swiss fondue or taste local specialties in an exceptional alpine setting.
For the more adventurous, the cable car to the mountain peaks is available as an optional activity on the day with your guide, offering an even more spectacular experience facing glaciers and snow-covered summits.
In the late afternoon, relax on your return journey by coach, still inspired by the breathtaking Swiss Alpine scenery and the unforgettable memories of your day in Zermatt.

Good to know: 
The excursion to Zermatt takes place regardless of the mountain weather conditions, as weather in the mountains can change quickly at high altitude and is part of the alpine experience. However, this is a mountain environment and natural conditions may involve some level of risk that must be accepted. The view of the Matterhorn is therefore not guaranteed, as it may be partially or completely covered by clouds. The cable car to Glacier Paradise can be purchased as an optional activity on the day directly with the guide.
