In unserem Hotel in Merklingen können Sie abschalten. Direkt an der Bundesautobahn A8 zwischen Stuttgart und München gelegen, legen Sie einen gemütlichen Reise-Zwischenstopp ein oder nutzen das Alb Inn als optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Ihre Aktivitäten rund um das Biosphärengebiet Schwäbische Alb. Die Schwäbische Alb ist ein sich von Südwest nach Nordost hinziehendes Mittelgebirge im Süden Deutschlands, welches größtenteils in Baden-Württemberg, aber mit seinen Nordost-Ausläufern auch in Bayern, liegt. Geprägt ist die Schwäbische Alb durch eine talreiche Hochebene, die nach Nordwesten hin steil abfällt, dem sogenannten Albtrauf, er trennt Albhochfläche vom Albvorland. Das Mittelgebirge hat eine ungefähre Länge von 200km und ist etwa 40km breit. Sommer wie Winter lädt die Alb ein, die Natur auf abenteuerlichem Weg zu erkunden. In den Kletter- & Hochseilparks erschließen sich neue Horizonte. In Motorseglern über die Kuppenalb schweben, Burgen, Schlösser, Donaucanyon und Streuobstwiesen aus der Vogelperspektive erleben. Die Schwäbische Alb hat viele Facetten.
