Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
The visitor's tax is EUR 2.90 per person and day (subject to change). In return, you will receive the KONUS card with which you can use public transport free of charge (bus stop directly in front of the hotel).
Important payment information and other conditions
