This holiday flat is centrally located in Lindau on the island in Lake Constance - in a side street. Lindau railway station is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday flat, as are the lakeside promenade, pedestrian zone, casino and Lindau Congress Hall. The holiday apartment stands out from other holiday flats because we have furnished it in such a way that we will be living in Lindau ourselves in a few years' time and will be able to enjoy life on Lake Constance. If Lindau - then on the island in Lake Constance! Our holiday flat will always be an experience for you in Lindau. By the way: the town of Lindau and Lake Constance have their charms at any time of year!

Check-in and check-out regulation

Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to confirm the handover of the keys. We do not live in Lindau and will send you the keys in advance by post. Arrival is possible from 17:00, departure is requested by 11:00. Late departures must be announced at least two days in advance; you will be charged a half-day rate.

Directions

If you are arriving by car, then please use the short-time parking spaces at the train station for loading and unloading (only 100 meters from the holiday flat). After that please use the parking lots P1 or P2 on the mainland. During the Bavarian school holidays, also the school's parking lots can be used free of charge.

Differing cancellation conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Tourist tax information

The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site. Detailed information about the tourist tax and the guest card can be found here.

Important payment information and other conditions

The host reserves the right to request a deposit of 50% and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local visitor's tax must be paid on site or after invoicing the city of Lindau. When booking, we require the addresses and dates of birth of all guests for the registration office! We reserve the right to ask for a deposit of 200 EUR, which will be refunded after your departure.
