Wonderfully situated vacation apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Constance and the Alps, opposite the island of Mainau, 100m to the lake, approx. 8 minutes' walk to the harbor and the pile dwellings, spacious southwest-facing balcony with sheltered seating area, spacious living and dining area, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower/bathtub/WC, separate WC, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Living area with additional sofa bed. Sat-TV, Wlan access, parking lot at the house, swimming pool in the garden. Bed linen, towels and pets on request. Bed linen and towels must be brought by yourself or can be booked for an extra charge of 20 euros per person/week. The second bedroom is only available for bookings of at least 3 persons. Daily price incl. final cleaning.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
Tourist tax information
Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. Should a visitors' tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.
Important payment information and other conditions
A deposit of 30% of the tour price is due upon booking. Furthermore, a deposit of 150 euros must be paid upon payment of the remaining amount. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the apartment has been accepted without any problems. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid.
